Lace ‘n Boots
Vintage lace dress and slip, H&M scarf, Anthropologie cuff, Vintage belt, Seychelles Boots
In order to satiate my desire to wear a scarf and boots, I had to put on something lacy to accommodate the unseasonably high temperatures we’re experiencing in L.A. Though it’s hard to tell in these photos, my boots are nearly 4 inches in height and thanks to a thick platform in front, they’re unbelievably comfortable. I’m not used to having a scarf of this length so I’m still experimenting with the best ways to wear it so that it doesn’t end up resembling an afghan.

try wrapping the scarf around a couple of times to make it look super bulky…like all those great photos from the runway shows everyones got on their blogs. maybe it’ll work?
Very cute! I am wanting cool weather too. I can’t wait to wear tights and suede boots. But alas…it’s freezing in the morning and 90 degrees now.
I know what you mean about wanting to wear certain things in this weather! You always manage to look perfect.
