Jewel Carton
March 19th, 2008
A couple years back, I purchased a purple egg caddy to brighten up the inside of my refrigerator. Though I imagined myself selecting a single egg each morning from its cradle, several cartons of rotten eggs later, I realized that I didn’t cook enough to merit hiding such an adorable piece from plain view. Instead, I converted my egg caddy into a quirky alternative to a jewelry box that now sits on top of my dresser. Each of the six cavities organizes all of my jewelry so there’s no tangling and they’re all easy to see. Though the specific caddy I bought from Anthropologie is no longer available, this option, with petal-embossed stoneware, will help keep all your eggs in one basket.
