Irresistible Movies

March 6th, 2013

irresistible movies

Last night I settled in to start a new TV series (House of Cards) that all of my friends have been raving about. But after realizing that Garden State was also on, I ditched my initial plans and watched the last 47 minutes of the movie. It reminded me of a tweet that Kelly wrote last week – about those movies to which you can’t say no. No matter how many times you’ve seen them (or in the case of Garden State, actually own), you simply can’t resist the urge to watch them when on TV. I had so much fun thinking about her question that I wanted to pose the same one here:

Which movies make your list?

Here are mine, in no particular order:

1. Love Actually
2. The Departed
3. Good Will Hunting
4. I Love You, Man
5. Forgetting Sarah Marshall
6. La Bamba
7. When Harry Met Sally
8. Jaws
9. Dumb and Dumber
10. Romeo and Juliet
