The only thing I like about yoga is the clothing. I once took a Bikram class after a night of heavy drinking and was physically restrained by the instructor when I tried to leave ten minutes in. She insisted that the dramatic temperature change would make me feel sick, but little did she know that I was about to lose my breakfast all over the sticky mat on which I was trembling. Since then, I’ve avoided all such practices, but still love wearing the gear. To my agitation though, most yoga attire is ridiculously expensive. At $16.99, Champion’s ‘Platinum Seamless Camisole‘ is perfectly priced for something that I’m going to sweat right through.

Not to give you a lecture…but bickram yoga should only be practices after some (a LOT) of experience. I think it would make ANY first timer feel sick hangover or not!

So, if you are at all interested, I definitely think you should give (regular, beginner) yoga another chance!

I love Champion! They really do have a variety of affordable options. My interest in them was reawakened when I began seeing ads for the brand in Vogue.
