When we first decided to go to Italy after our wedding, I started saving up for what I deemed my “honeymoon purchase.” I didn’t know what that item would be, but I wanted to find something that would be classic, versatile, and that I could wear for years and years. I found this coat in Florence and love its edgy take on typical trench coat, but with a timeless shape.

    i so can relate to making the ‘it’ purchase in memorable italy….i bought mine on my first trip to florence….the most amazing bag ever!!! it was meant just for me when it was designed…i honestly believe that!!! you look great!!! and you will ALWAYS remember that moment!

    I know what you mean…I did the same with a dress I bought in Paris 10 years ago. While it no longer fits, I hold onto it simply for the lovely memories associated with it!

    What a great way to remember your honeymoon, every time you wear that fab jacket, you’ll be thinking, “this is from my honeymoon.” Great purchase!! Do they still have the locks on that bridge? Did you guys add one? I think it was suppose to be “locking your love” and then you throw the key into the water. Very romantic :)

    Burberry was definitely a great choice for a trench. That’s what they’re known for, and rightfully so because the jacket looks amazing. the Estée Lauder lipstick pairs perfectly with the look!
