Ice Cream Sandwich Truck

When I was a kid, there was no sweeter sound than the melodic chime of an ice cream truck. Even though I always got the same thing (a Drumstick), I loved the process of checking out all of the different icy treats to finally settle on my usual. A new truck has rolled into town, but this one requires some serious thought. You get to choose the kind of cookie and the all-natural ice cream that will be sandwiched in between for a completely customizable treat. I chased down the Coolhaus truck on a sunny afternoon this week and I already know that I’ll be scheduling another rendezvous in the very near future.
