A video tutorial is a thoughtful idea however your lettering at the top is extremely difficult to read – it disappears quickly and when you pause the video to braid your own hair, the directions are blocked by the title of the video. It would be great to see the directions at the bottom, away from where your hair and hands are.

There is an easier way to do this. Your way is way more complex.
