Homemade Gift Guide

December 16th, 2012

I hope you found my gift guides (under $25, $100, $200, and for men) to be helpful for the holiday season. I think all of the items would make for great gifts, but for those of you on a tight budget or who simply want to give more personalized presents, I’ve rounded up some of my all-time favorite DIY projects I’ve done over the years. Whether you make a delicate necklace, infused alcohol, or a hanging vase, there’s something for everyone on your list at a fraction of the price as store-bought varieties.1. Ombre Necklace
2. Teacup Candles
3. Infused Alcohol
4. Bread and Butter Pickles
5. DIY Bouquet
6. Floating Vase
7. Jeweled Clutch
8. Painted Brooches
9. Bottle Stoppers
10. Sunglass Solution

This is by far my favorite gift guide I’ve seen this year. ANYONE can make these amazing gifts! I love making things and receiving hand made gifts. I wish we would all try to be a little bit more creative or at least try to put in some effort to create something beautiful for someone. My favorite DIY here is the sunglass display. I think you could also make one for rings or necklaces. That would be equally pretty!

DIY gifts are my favorite because they’re heart felt and you can really tell that a person took a lot of time for a gift. The tea light candles are my favorite and the floating vase is a close second!

This is incredible! It’s about time someone put together a gift guide with a creative edge and especially for those that don’t have as much to spend this holiday. Truly fantastic idea. This is what sets you apart.
