Halloweenified
October 13th, 2010
With Halloween quickly approaching, it’s been killing me that I couldn’t decorate sooner. I felt like my favorite holiday (and month) were flying by without even the slightest acknowledgment, so when we finally cleared all the boxes out of the living room, I couldn’t wait to get started. It turns out that our new apartment is the perfect place to decorate, with all of its curved doorways and old mantle, so here’s a peek at how I added a few eerie touches.

Love your decorations – festive yet not over the top. That raven looks real!

Love the little spiders on the candle-holders. You are too cute for being so excited with Halloween. Girl crush alert! Ha ha
That glittery skull is so much more sophisticated than a regular skull. Where do you find these cool knick knacks.

Argg! This post makes me miss you and your fall party!!!
PS – I totally did something similar on my mantle to your jar of skulls but I did a jar of rats and spiders. Great minds…
Wow, your apartment looks incredible… love the Halloween decor, scary but still kind of cute :] Can you come over and decorate my place, too?

I love Halloween too! I think October is the greatest month, along with the best holiday ever! I decorate ever year. I really like the skeleton hand holding the skull. Very cool.

I so love the black candle holders…and the spiders.
Your Blog Rocks!!!
I found myself some glittered skeleton heads similar to these at Home Goods- super cheap but super glamorous and creepy at the same time! I just did a small post on all things glitter, which includes some Halloween decor;-)
