i used to have one of those leather/stick contraptions, but unfortunately for me, almost anything ends up sliding out of my hair within the first hour. the only way i can even keep a ponytail up when i run is to rig it with a hat!

I was always very experimental with my hair I tried everything from tons of tiny twists all over my head, to ribbons with braids, even a few disasterous perms–my family was always surprised by how someone so low maintenence in the makeup, skin care, and other girlishnesss department could be so intrigued by strange hair styles.
