Giving Thanks

My husband and I typically travel the morning of Thanksgiving, waking up before dawn for the long drive towards San Francisco . This year though, we got to spend the days leading up to the holiday at home with my family and it’s been such a treat. The older I get, the more I’m able to appreciate my surroundings – to concentrate on what truly matters – time with family and friends, eating great food, and an entire day focused on gratitude and relaxation.
