Parmesan Black Pepper Crackers

Don't get me wrong - I can put away Wheat Thins and Cheez-Its like it's nobody's business, but when it comes to fresh, just-out-of-the oven crackers, I'm a goner. My mom made these last year and actually had to double the recipe since I polished off an entire batch before our dinner guests arrived. I made them for a party this weekend and they were just as flaky and perfect as before...except for the fact that most of them remained glued to the baking sheet long after I took them out of the oven.

Note to self: add a couple tablespoons of water to the dough and grease the sheet so you don't have to shove crumbly pieces of cracker into your mouth.
