Dutch Babies

My love of pancakes has been documented before (and once again here), but it wasn't until recently that my taste has veered away from a traditional buttermilk cake into the thinner (and infinitely lighter) Dutch Baby. While there are dozens of flavor combinations to put on top, keeping it simple with some powdered sugar and lemon is a perfect way to experience these easy-to-make treats.
