Floral Appreciation

Zara Blazer, Madewell Dress (also seen HERE), Vintage Belt, Mulberry Bag, Steve Madden Heels
I’ve only featured this Madewell dress once before (here), which isn’t an accurate reflection of how frequently it gets worn. It’s one of those pieces that’s easy to throw on while running out the door and pairs just as well with a structured blazer as it does with an oversized loose knit. The colors also make it versatile and while most of the time I mix it with other neutrals, it makes for a nice complement to my kelly green blazer. I’m heading up to San Francisco today to visit my parents (and scout some wedding venues!), so I’ll be leaving my spring wardrobe behind in lieu of comfy clothes that hold up well in the rain.

As soon as I saw your blazer, I couldn’t help but think of when KAte Spade announced the color of the month: green! This dress is gorgeous, and I love the versatility of it, just like you said.

We wore the same shoes on the same day! Lovely! I think they’re perfect for spring and can’t wait to wear them more as we head into summer. Ironically enough, we even had the word “Flower” in both of our posts! Great minds think alike!
