Regarding: emptying water
I’ve seen this before where the used a pipe clamp and a less curvy mason jar. The jar was easier to remove. I like the look of the wire better though. Any suggestions?

I am so happy that you posted this. I love fresh flowers in my house, but my very loving and bratty cat knocks over any vase I put in the house. My finance thinks of it as a blessing as he always has an excuse to not by flowers. I can’t wait to make this. Thanks so much for the post.

I love the floating vase! I made it for my mum for mother’s day last year and we have it hanging (in a sheltered area) near the front door – flowers last about 2-3 weeks when they’re outside! It always looks beautiful, especially when entering the house.
