I’ve found that by Friday afternoon I’m usually exhausted, tense and moody. After a long week, I suppose it’s to be expected, but it’s certainly not the best way to welcome the weekend. Instead, I want to start focusing on five things that are currently making me happy as a way to end the week on a positive note.
