Cupcakes and Cashmere

I can’t believe you posted this. This is the exact wallpaper that we had in our guest bathroom when I was a kid. I have never seen it anywhere ever. I wonder who made it. Any ideas? We had this bathroom with a black toilet, and sink and handtowels, a huge mirrored area and it looked super chic. What a blast from the past!
