I eat there almost every saturday. Ice cream in Italy is a serious matter … ;-)

I lived in Rome for a year – what a beautiful city!
My absolute top places in Rome would be
1
L’Archetto spagetteria for their Chanel pasta (lobster +brandy + cream + garlic). Off. The. Charts. It’s on via del Archetto near the Trevi fountain.
2
San Clemente church (near the colosseum). You can actually go underground this church to see a 6th century church and Roman buildings.

I was in Rome back in 2009 and loved every minute of it. There is a tiny restaurant/bar on the right side behind the Pantheon—I think it’s called Miscellenea and it’s owned by this Italian guy who played baseball in the US for college. It’s super great!
