Cupcakes and Cashmere

Five Things

{Champagne glasses + festive sparkle sticks (from here)}

Like most years, the week leading up to the holidays is always the craziest. I set aside evenings to read by the light of our tree, made plans to watch a long list of holiday movies, and bookmarked dozens of recipes perfect for cold nights. But then life got in the way, and they all fell to the wayside. So this year, I’m happy that I managed to squeeze in a little baking and celebrating with friends before we left for Mill Valley. Happy holidays. x

{Reindeer corn – since I’ve never been one to pass up seasonal candies}

    Reindeer corn? Where have these been my whole life? I’m a huge fan of candy corn and thought they were only a once-a-year treat. Genius.

    The giraffe print is adorable. My favorite animal; they are so graceful and tall. Fashion models of the animal kingdom.
