After a week of major deadlines, I’m ready for a carefree weekend filled with fun festivities. This morning I woke up early, bought some British-inspired pastries and curled up on my couch to watch the royal wedding. We’re holding our (slightly early) Cinco de Mayo party tomorrow and I can’t wait. We’ve been trying out different margarita recipes and so far, my favorite variation is made with grapefruit juice and balanced by some lime simple syrup. Luckily it’s supposed to be in the high 70s all weekend, so I couldn’t ask for anything else.
