Father’s Office
Last night was particularly gloomy and nothing sounded more satisfying than a trip to Father’s Office. I’m not talking about your dad’s stuffy den, but arguably the best burger joint in L.A. They specialize in a signature hamburger (seriously, no substitutions allowed) that’s topped with an onion compote, arugula and infused with Maytag blue cheese. It’s hard to imagine a better way to start the weekend.

That signature burger sounds/looks amazing. As do the fries. I can not wait to come home to L.A.! Though my personal favorite is The Apple Pan, I think I will definitely be popping by Father’s Office a few times.
are those herb-seasoned fries? counting minutes to lunchtime in the office has never been harder!

I have a bunch of LA friends out here that have mentioned this place. Is this one in Culver City? I am recognizing the bread sign, but I wish I’d known it was there when I visited last fall! Looks and sounds delicious!

Been to the one in Culver City. Loved the fries. I’m a vegetarian so I was disapointed that they didn’t offer a veggie burger.
OMG. I used to live near the one in Santa Monica. There’s many a Friday night when I say to myself, “I’m so hungry for a burger at Father’s Office!” Sadly, it’s now 2,000 miles away. Sigh.
Those fries look amazing…I am a bit too picky to want the burger but maybe the deliciousness of that place would make me expand my horizions. I love your food posts as much as I do your fashion posts!

That’s so funny, I was supposed to go to Father’s Office yesterday, but ended up going to Alibi for some Koji tacos instead. Did you go to the one in Culver City or Santa Monica? Next stop has to be The Counter – not as nice as Father’s Office, but definitely amazing burgers. =)
