This past weekend we finally tried Bäco Mercat, a restaurant I’ve been dying to visit after hearing countless rave reviews (including being named as one of the 10 best new restaurants in the country by Bon Appetit). The meal didn’t disappoint and in fact, we’re already planning on going back with friends so we can sample even more dishes. The warm evening made for an ideal time to get gussied up – with a smoky eye, my new clutch, and strappy heels that proved comfortable even after a lengthy walk to and from the car.
