Initially I had serious doubts about colorful denim. It went against the main thing I loved most about jeans (their versatility) and thought I’d end up wearing a bright pair once or twice before stowing them in the back of my closet. These pants though, that I bought a size up for a looser fit, have completely shifted my perspective. They’re so comfortable that I end up reaching for them constantly and the pastel color is the ideal balance to neutral polka dots.

    I have to be honest and say I wasn’t too excited about polka dots being ‘in’ this fall- but that was before I saw this outfit! It puts a fresh spin on a very classic pattern. And colored denim does seem to be more versatile than you might anticipate. I love my light pink jeans
