Sloan's first Keepsake.

The holiday season has always been my favorite time of year. Some of my fondest memories were created around the fireplace at my parents' home, listening to our go-to playlists (which rotated between The Roches and James Taylor), staying in our pajamas all day and watching old family home videos. Now that we have our first child, it's important to me that we create a similar atmosphere, and it all starts with decorating our home.

Over the past few years, we’ve documented our holiday decor that's veered a bit more sterile and sleek.  I love the look of a single-color theme, with a more minimal vibe, but building fun, family memories requires more personal decorations. We want to mix parts of our past and begin new traditions with festive, custom Keepsake Ornaments, that will be part of our future. Here's a glimpse (including a short video) of how we're celebrating the holidays around our home.
