This weekend, we hosted a dinner party that included a rather filling meal of London Broil, roasted asparagus and truffled mashed potatoes, so a light dessert was definitely in order. For a sweet treat with little effort and a big impact, I used hollowed-out tangelos to serve perfectly portioned scoops of sorbet.
