Dancing Dreams

As a little girl, I rarely wore anything besides my tutu and fireman’s hat (together, I might add).  I still have a fascination for anything that resembles ballerina attire, which brought about my love for these Capezio studded ballet slippers.  It’s such a great twist on a sweetly classic look so I threw together a few more pieces that instill that I’m-a-ballerina-off-duty vibe.

1. Studded Ballet Slippers, $48
2. Strata Dress, $199.99
3. Mesh Dot Tiered Skirt, $14.80
4. Cecile Bralette, $58
5. Cecile Boyshorts, $48
6. Seam Detail Cup Corset, $65
7. Bow Belt, $49.99
8. Faux-Leather Trim Canvas Tote, $15
9. Narrow Brim Panama Hat, £22.00
10. Mamba Flats, $98
11. Jennifer Ouellette Headband, $70
12. Benjamin Sunglasses, $325
13. Multi Chains w/ Ribbon Necklace, $8.80

  36. I bought the dress because of your post. Too bad you can’t get a commission. I really hope it fits and the color works on my fair skin.
    Thanks for the post.

  37. So lovely!

  38. payless shoe store always has little kid ballet shoes and luckily my feet are small enough that I can wear a 12 or 14 shoe in girl’s sizes, and for 15 bucks you kinda can’t walk away from them :] I love owning “authentic” ballet slippers because they’re so whimsical and make me feel super girly! the studded ones I would loooove though
