I love it when one detail (like cut-out shoulders) can take a simple piece and make it special. I wore this out yesterday afternoon for some shopping (where I picked up the earrings I’m wearing) before heading out to dinner.

You look WAY chicer than I do when you go shopping. I am so impressed. That is exactly how you should dress… not the jeans and sneakers I wear, which inevitably make me so NOT in the mood to try on anything that requires a heel.
