I bought this skirt on major markdown at Satine a few weeks back with the intention of waiting for the right dressy occasion to slip it on. My patience started to wane though, so I decided to wear it during the day mixed with some unfussy basics (like a Panama hat and a drapey tank top). There’s something refreshing about the juxtaposition of fancy-meets-casual, even if I did get a few stares while grabbing my coffee.
