Our ice cream maker is probably one of the better purchases we’ve ever made. It doesn’t promote the healthiest diet possible (as opposed to say, a juicer), but the results are far more exciting. I’ve made all sorts of flavors; like vanilla (seen here) and mint chip, but coffee ice cream has been on the top of my must-make list for the longest amount of time. I wanted it to be creamy and rich, but with an intense coffee flavor, which is exactly what I got with this recipe. It’ll be the perfect thing to serve after dinner parties (especially since I can make it decaf) or simply to eat out of the container like we did this past weekend.
