Chocolate Lava Cake

May 18th, 2011

For someone who’s passionate about almost every kind of dessert, I’m impressed that I can actually narrow down a favorite. But then again, chocolate molten cake is about as perfect a dish you can imagine. It’s pure decadence, but in an appealingly compact size that’s seductive and rich. I followed this recipe and immediately decided it’s my new go-to dessert for dinner parties. It took mere minutes to make and since the insides are supposed to be undercooked, it’s nearly impossible to mess up.

I love to bake! I use “Xocai Healthy Chocolate” in my recipes that call for “Chocolate chips.”
Xocai is full of “heart healthy antioxidants” and can actually help me “lose a few pounds,” which is something that comes in handy when I am a full fledged “chocoholic!”
