For the next week or so I’ll be avoiding jeans, tight tops and snug skirts, thanks to one massive Thanksgiving meal (and several helpings of leftovers). Since I don’t operate well without sugar though, I won’t be cutting it out completely. Enter: chocolate-covered candied orange peels (recipe here). They’re bright and bitter, but pleasantly so, and a refreshing way to end a meal. Bonus: they make an extra sweet gift if packaged up in a cellophane bag and tied with a ribbon (as would these, these and these).
