(It’s on page 150 of the America’s Test Kitchen Family Baking Book.) I’m not sure which I like more, these or Smitten Kitchen’s margarita cookies. But these oatmeal ones are super easy and perfect on an early fall day.

I love those scones (frankly, almost anything Ina Garten makes is delicious), so I thought you might enjoy these cookies, too.
