Ray Ban Sunglasses, J.Crew Shirt, Elizabeth and James Skirt c/o, Prada Heels, Reiss Clutch

My love for leather skirts has been well documented on this site, but this one easily gets the most wear in my closet. I’m a sucker for box pleats and the length and cut of this skirt make it still feel refined and not overly preppy. We took these pictures in between brunch (at Zazie’s in the upper Haight) and some food shopping (at the Ferry Building) last weekend, after which I promptly changed into flats for the remainder of the afternoon.

ahhhh…not a fan of this look. you look a little bit too mature to be showing your belly like that. esp without a tan, girl.

Hey, I’m sorry but I gotta say that this outfit has flunked. You are every bit a beautiful person with lots of style but what happened here? Don’t like the tied up plaid shirt… and definitely doesn’t go with the leather. Jcrew inspired?

I really love this outfit from the pattern on pattern to the leather to the little peek of skin. Amazing!

The shirt tied up with exposed midriff (you are young but not young enough) and the fact that the whole fit/proportion of this skirt is off (rendering a dumpy appearance–which you are not), makes this a miss. Seeing that it is one of the very few *misses* in your gorgeous lineup of looks, you deserve a “pass” now and then;) But I gotta say, only a few people out of all these comments, could be honest? You really have your readers whipped-LOL!
