Butternut Squash Tortellini
November 3rd, 2009
If you happen to have an entire lazy afternoon available, I highly recommend making homemade Butternut Squash Tortellini. Served with a brown butter sauce with walnuts, sage and dried cranberries, it’s an indulgent meal that’s hearty and wonderfully comforting. The process, though labor intensive, is well worth the trouble for the autumnal flavors and savory aroma that fills your house.

Fabulous! This has been on my list for a while. I think I better bump it up to the top.
This looks so yummy and amazing! I recently made homemade gnocchi, and since it turned out okay, I think I’ll try to make this sometime this week! XOXO
I recently tried making pumpkin raviolis using the wonton wrappers and it did not turn out well for me at all. But yours look quite good! What’s the secret?
