Boyfriend’s button-down, BDG Jeans, Vintage Bracelet and Ring, Seychelles Heels
One of the few advantages of sharing a closet with my boyfriend is the abundance of perfectly lived-in shirts. They’re the quickest way to create an androgynous ensemble and about five times more comfortable than anything I own. I pretty much lived in this Wrangler one the entire weekend, which included a spontaneous road trip to Santa Barbara, lots of barbecued food and way too many cups of coffee.

i love the combination of the masculin shirt and the platform shoes. i wear my boyfriend’s collegiate sweatshirts and baseball cap, which resulted in him getting me gymshorts and a tee from his campus store (i graduated from a different college!).

boyfriend button-downs are definitely so comfortable, and a staple for every wardrobe. you look so great!
You’ve styled it to fit perfectly! I always associate boyfriend-styles with extra bagginess, but tucking the shirt into the front of your jeans gives it a flattering, great shape. Also loving the dark, dark wash of these jeans with the Wrangler shirt. I think this is what they’re referring to when they talk about the beautiful “girl next-door” …

I love this look. The heels make it so much more feminine + sexy. None of my bf’s shirts fit on my unfortunately. They’re wayyy too big. And Santa Barbara is actually SUNNY today; it’s been gloomy all week. I’m jealous of LA weather right now. I’m still wearing sweaters!

Love the outfit! I wish my boyfriend had lived in shirts like that – sometimes I think he has a better wardrobe than I do! I’m not sure if he has any flannel I can wear – but a lot of formal button-ups. The only thing about that is that they’re a little TOO big, doesn’t look s as cute as it does on you! =)

very cute! but i think that the only way this works is if your boyfriend is somewhat the same size as you (obviously not the same but you know what I mean) because I tried to do that with my husband’s shirt but I ended up just looking like a little kid wearing her dad’s shirt! I was swimming in it!
