Boy Watch

May 19th, 2008

Though I’ve spoken before about my fear of telling time under pressure, I can’t help that I’ve become mesmerized by the abundance of fabulous men’s-style watches that are currently available. My cellphone is always either glued to my ear, or within arm’s length, so I’m certainly not in need of yet another device to help me tell time. Actually, it’s quite the opposite, and I’m not ashamed to say that a watch would simply be a fashion statement, and nothing more. The Boyfriends Two Toned Watch pretty much speaks for itself, but I’m drawn to the simple face and the combination of gold and silver. Plus, for $38, I won’t feel bad about embracing this trend even if it’s around for a very short amount of time.

I absolutely agree: a watch does not have to be functional, it should be fashionable. I think you should go for it!
