Sometimes I dress in a way that would appeal to my inner 5-year-old self: in a ballerina-inspired dress (with scalloped detailing down the front and back), a sleek bun, and glitzy earrings.

    Emily, I love your blog and this dress, which is gorgeous. However, I am rather disappointed to see you carrying a python clutch, whether it was free or not. Though snakes and other reptiles aren’t animals that people find traditionally “cute” they do not deserve to suffer to become a purse, shoes, or a belt. I would urge you to watch the film “Earthlings” with Joaquin Phoenix to see the pain these animals go through for fashion.
