I love when a dress combines colors and patterns that I wouldn’t normally think to wear together. I was pretty sold on this dress the minute I saw it, but was even more convinced once I found out it was on sale (here). I’ve already worn it several times, but I like the slightly mod twist it takes on with a fedora, round glasses, a bold lip, and black tights with booties.

That Tibi dress is definitely very pretty to say the least. I love the way the bright cobalt blue contrasts so nicely with the black, making the lacy flowers appear all the more prominent.
While the dress would look darling on its own, the way you dressed up with mod twist is even better! Your fedora, which is interestingly navy blue instead of a perfectly matching cobalt blue, injects some old-school cool into the outfit while also adding another dimension of fanciness. The sparkly clutch and bangle jazz things up for some extra girly excitement while the black tights and black shoes ground the whole look.
What a way to start off the week on a fashionable note!
