Looks divine!! I’ve always been a fan of whoppie pies… never heard of pumpkin whoopie pies but sounds even better!Thanks for sharing, by the way I LOOOOOOVVVEEE your blog. I discovered it about a month ago and I’m simply in love with your posts, because of you I’m inspired to redecorate my whole house… This may sound weird but my life is different because of you. I am always trying to find gluten free treats and substituted an all purpose gluten free flour and these turned out absolutely amazing! Possibly the best and easiest gluten free cookie I’ve ever tasted or made! I know it’s a year later, but I just had to share for anyone else with a gluten allergy.
