Ok, I did this one instead of the tacos due to the availability of items and it was a success.

Rubbing the garlic on the toast made a HUGE difference. People in France think I can cook….bravo.

i know what you mean by using good olive oil–its so worth it–its actually all about good olive oil since the bad quality one just ruins the overall taste

those pictures are making me hungry! I absolutely love bruschetta. I’m not a fan of cheese, but I’m down with everything else! tomato and basil is the perfect combo! (I’m technically Danish but I think I’m an Italian girl at heart. haha)
