The other day I managed to completely forget about a scheduled breakfast meeting, which resulted in me frantically running around the house in order to make it out on time. I threw on my go-to uniform (skinny jeans, pumps, a button-down and a blazer) and dove into my make-up bag in search of something to instantly make me look more awake. Here are the steps I took, using multi-purpose products and shortcuts, in order to get out the door in minutes...while still looking polished.
In order to moisturize my skin while also gaining some coverage, I mix my lotion with my foundation. It keeps my face looking dewy and evens out my skin.
I normally use a clear brow gel, but when I don't have time to fill in my eyebrows and then set them, I use a tinted version.
A bit of color goes a long way, so I use a stain on my cheeks and on my lips to brighten up my face.
If I'm short on time, I simply line my eyes with a dark brown liner on the inside rim and along the outer corners (I smudge it in a bit so that it doesn't look quite as severe). Once it's applied, I don't even miss the fact that I'm not wearing mascara.
And that's it. A few products go a long way when you're short on time.
