Mornings in Mill Valley are notoriously overcast and misty. I usually can’t be bothered to leave the house (or bed, for that matter), but this past weekend we ventured out to take a long walk through the wooded area downtown. It’s one of my favorite spots, and has been since I was a child, right along the little creek behind the library that’s tucked among the redwood trees. I wore an oversized cardigan that’s become an instant favorite – since it feels like a menswear-inspired-coat-meets-comfy-knit and I’ve been tempted to wear it every time the temperatures dip below 60°.
