Congratulations on the book!
I have to say though, you’re advice on uncorking champagne is really not the best way. Instead of twisting the cork, twist the bottle. if you twist the bottle while lightly pulling up the cork as you do so, you are guaranteed not to get the big waste of champagne spraying out of the bottle. Try it and let me know.

I have only stumbled on this blog today so I am not a follower, nor do I have a blog to advertise. I’m really quite shocked though that anybody could have a single negative thing to say about somebody else’s success (unless they were sad, bitter or jealous which of course they are not!?) Books and blogs are damn hard work I’m sure and though you may find it funny that this book has been published, I find it worrying that you have the time on your hands to make such patronising remarks, how about making a positive contribution somewhere else instead?…’dear’
