Ach, we picked Honeycrisps in the rain on Sunday. Very fall, but not particularly pleasant! If I’d been decked out in your picks, I probably would’ve been considerably happier. As it was, I ended up swaddled in my hubby’s giant windbreaker!

Gorgeous! Let’s make a date to go apple picking. I’ll check the season dates so we don’t miss it the way I did last year.

What are your thoughts on actual capes, without seperate arm holes? I suppose they are also called ponchos but that doesn’t sound as pretty. I love them but don’t know if I could get away with one in real life!
LOVE the Michael Kors one though!

I live in Michigan — an entire state seemingly predicated on the seasonal premise of fall — and if I don’t get my ass to a pumpkin patch this autumn, you are on orders to fly out here and smack me upside the head! ;)

fabulous autumn inspiration. being able to have apples all year around means that I lost all track of seasonality. Your post is a good reminder that I should really only eat what’s in season! nonetheless. i want them boots.

Bring on fall – I love it!

I love apple weather. My local apple stand sells home-made caramel apples, and they are just about my favorite thing ever. If there is a way to take a wholesome thing, and make it bad for you, I’m always in!

Love those boots, and the cape makes me happy.

  • Kelly

per your twitter: if you’re still dying to have the boots after an entire year… you should get them. They are a NEED, not just a desire to have ;)
